Recipe - Eggless Egg Salad (Vegan)

1 cup crumbled firm tofu
¼ medium sized onion, chopped
2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum – red or green
2 tbsp finely chopped celery
5-6 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
Lemon juice to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley for garnish optional

Method :
Mix all the ingredients well. Garnish with parsely and serve.
Serves 3-4


  1. Great yet yummy recipe for vegetarians and diet conscious people. Some people are allergic to egg so this recipe is blessing for them too. I am also going to try this yummy recipe anytime soon!

  2. This is what i wanted. I am allergic of eggs but i like salad and i could not enjoy it. Now i would easily eat a salad of my choice.
